Bird of Paradise has a gourmet kitchen equipped with everything from a deep fryer to a KitchenAid mixer to a table-top grill for those guests that enjoy cooking. Our concierge will gladly shop for your requests prior to your arrival. The cost for this service is usually not more than $100. For those guests who would prefer to have a private chef, below we present executive chefs Zoe Hodge and William Wilson. Zoe has been an executive chef in Anguilla for over 10 years and previously owned the California catering service Saveur & Co. She has studied and cooked in France as well. William Wilson comes to us from the St. Regis and the Sheraton Hotel in the Bahamas.

Below is a sampling of prix fixe menus. Click on pricing to see our packages that include one lunch/two dinners or 2 lunches/3 dinners. These prices include chef, servers and the cost of food from the prix fixe menus. Each guest would have the same menu.

For those clients who want to have multiple menus per meal or prefer to work with the chef in developing their own menus, we ask that you speak with one of our chefs for final pricing. In this instance, there will be a charge for the chef's services plus reimbursement for the groceries. Server(s) in this instance are paid by the hour whereas our all-inclusive menus below include the cost of chef, food and servers.

Our chefs offer extensive menus that include Mediterranean, Thai, French, Italian, Caribbean and vegetarian offerings. Kosher menus may be specially ordered. Our chefs also provide hors d'oeuvres, cater special parties or receptions, and offer sumptuous brunches.
