Chef Zoe Tise Hodge

Zoe has been an executive chef on Anguilla for 10 years. Before relocating to the island, she had a private dinner party catering service in Marin County, California named Saveur & Co. and still utilizes that name in Anguilla. She has studied and done chef work in France, where she lived for 10 years. She is able to prepare any cuisine: Mediterranean, Thai, French, Italian, Caribbean and Vegetarian. Her staff is well trained in service and is friendly and helpful. Zoe writes: "we strive to make our clients' stay in Anguilla one of the most memorable of their lives."

Weekly Rate

Zoe charges a fee of $2,450 to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner for a week and $2,800 during the Christmas holiday season. The charge for lunch and dinner is $1,850 per week and $2,100 during the holiday period. The fees include purveying (food shopping) for all meals. The cost of a second person to serve and clean is $10/hour. The cost of food depends on the menus the clients choose. Zoe provides receipts for the food.

Sample Menus

The following menus are only samples. Zoe can prepare a less expensive dinner of hot dogs, hamburgers and French fries or a more expensive menu with lobster and chateaubriand. Upon request, these menus can be priced as single meals if you prefer not to have a chef for the entire week.
