Chef Zoe Tise Hodge offers an extensive menu that includes Mediterranean, Thai, French, Italian, Caribbean and Vegetarian. An executive chef in Anguilla for 10 years, she previously owned the California catering service Saveur & Co. She has studied and cooked in the US and France. Chef Zoe’s rates depend on the number of meals, menus chosen and the time of year. All rates include purveying of food, special orders, delivery to the villa, as well as preparation of meals. Some guests choose to have Zoe prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. Other guests hire her only for a special dinner. Zoe prepares a detailed statement with grocery receipts, but also can put together all-inclusive pricing if that is preferable. Below are sample menus.
