Guests have different desires and budgets. We, therefore, offer different packages, or we can design one just for you. Rates vary depending on the number of guests and the time of year. We’ll gladly provide you with a quote. Please follow steps below.
Step 1—How Many Guests and Suites will you Use?
If it’s one couple and one suite, the entire villa is exclusively for you, but when fewer suites are used, we pass along our savings in housekeeping, utilities, and food and beverage where included.
Step 2—What is your Date of Arrival and Departure?
Rates vary depending on the time of year.
Low Season: May 1 to November 18.
Shoulder Season: April and November 19 to December 16.
High Season: January 5 to April 1.
Festive: December 17 to January 4.
Step 3—What Services and Amenities do you Want?

Michelle, our concierge will make on-island arrangements and meet and greet guests outside of Customs.
Michelle will give the guest a cell phone, so they may contact her from wherever they are on the island.
Jose will greet guests at villa and assist with luggage.
Beach attendant to set up chairs and umbrellas.
One time pre-stocking of kitchen and bar prior to arrival.
5 star amenities including Bulgari, Voss water on arrival, bathrobes and more.

Chef Service: With Basic Package the client has the option of chef service by the meal. See the chef price list. Depending on the number of chef services, this is a more expensive route than purchasing a package where the chef reduces the rate for weekly service.

Chef offers welcome cocktail party with rum punch, champagne cocktails, and hors d’oeuvres.
- Chef daily for a single meal. Guest pays for food and beverage based on grocery receipts with no charge for purveying. (Most villas charge 10-20% of receipts.)
Grocery shopping included daily.
Butler/server for lunch or dinner up to 4 hours daily.
Gratuities for independent contractors not included, i.e. driver, chef, and butler.

Custom Packages and Long-Term Bookings
Create a custom Budget Package? Perhaps reduce services and have only weekly service instead of daily to lower cost.
Reduced services and deep discounts for monthly bookings.
Food and beverage for any meal other than the arrival cocktail party.

Gratuities for chef and butler who are independent contractors
Rates vary depending on time of year and number of guests. When it’s a small group, Bird of Paradise gives back its savings in utility and housekeeping costs.
