For those who enjoy very good wines, Nathalie Le Snchal at Le Grands Vins de France is available to talk with guests prior to their arrival, providing them with a list of wines that are immediately available and can be prestocked in the villa prior to arrival. She has also been known to fly in special requests for clients.

List No. 1 is stocked in Anguilla and prices are effective through October 2008. Lists No. 2 and No. 3 are wines that have been available from St. Martin during the winter season 2008. Please ask for an updated list at the time of your visit to the Bird of Paradise. These lists are only meant to give you a sampling of what is available in the region.
